These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the EnglishEssentials101 website and the English coaching services provided by Pritam Pradhan (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a session or making a payment, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
EnglishEssentials101 offers one-on-one online English communication coaching delivered over Google Meet. Each session is 30 minutes long. A paid Communication Strategy Session is available, after which you may choose a recurring weekly plan. Session content, schedule, and feedback are personalised to the learner.
2. Bookings & payments
- Sessions are confirmed only after successful payment through our payment gateway (Razorpay).
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- On successful payment you will receive a confirmation email along with a Google Meet invite for your slot.
- You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and for joining the session at the scheduled time.
3. Rescheduling & cancellation
You may request to reschedule a session by contacting us at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
If a learner fails to join the session and the scheduled time elapses, it will be treated as a completed, missed session. Missed sessions are not eligible for rescheduling or refund unless prior notice was given to Pritam Pradhan before the scheduled start time.
4. Learner conduct
Sessions are a respectful, professional space. We reserve the right to end or decline service in cases of abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour, without refund for the affected session.
5. Intellectual property
All teaching material, feedback reports, and content shared during sessions are for your personal learning use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or published without written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
We aim to help you improve your spoken English, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes, scores, or results, as progress depends on individual effort and practice. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party tools (e.g. Google Meet) or your internet connection.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
